Premature ejaculation
Low testosterone

Rex MD offers access to the following ED medications:
Viagra. Also known as the “little blue pill,” Viagra was the first medication approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat erectile dysfunction. It belongs to a class of drugs known as PDE5 inhibitors, or phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. These medications promote erections by widening blood vessels, allowing for increased blood flow to the penis. Viagra should be taken as needed, about 30 minutes to an hour before sex. Rex MD Viagra comes in dosages of 50 and 100 milligrams (mg) and starts at $96 per dose.
Sildenafil. Sildenafil is generic Viagra. It’s chemically identical to its brand-name counterpart but costs much less. Sildenafil is available in dosages of 20, 50, and 100 mg on the Rex MD platform and starts at $2 per dose.
Cialis. Like Viagra, Cialis is a PDE5 inhibitor that supports erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis. One difference is that the medication can be taken daily or as-needed before sex. It can last about 36 hours in the body, which helps explain its nickname of the “weekend pill.” Rex MD offers branded Cialis in 10 or 20 mg dosages, starting at $29 per dose.
Tadalafil. Tadalafil is the generic version of Cialis. Like sildenafil, tadalafil is chemically identical to its brand-name counterpart, but it’s generally cheaper. Rex MD offers as-needed tadalafil in 10 or 20 mg dosages, starting at $6 per dose. It also provides daily tadalafil in dosages of 2.5 or 5 mg, starting at $2 per dose.
Rex MD’s PE medications include:
Sertraline. Rex MD sells sertraline (generic Zoloft®) for premature ejaculation. Though sertraline is typically taken for depression, physicians often prescribe the antidepressant off-label for PE, as one of the common side effects is delaying ejaculation. Sertraline prescriptions at Rex MD start at $27 per month.
Rex MD’s low testosterone treatments include:
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Rex MD sells testosterone cypionate injections and testosterone gel to help resolve symptoms of low T, like low sex drive, fatigue, increased body fat, and more.
Sermorelin. Sermorelin is a synthetic form of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), which is used to treat low HGH levels. It is available as an injection at Rex MD. While research is limited, some findings suggest that sermorelin may improve body composition concerns related to low T.
Clomiphene citrate. An alternative to TRT and GHRH is clomiphene citrate (generic Clomid®), a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It’s an oral medication that helps your body make more testosterone, which may reduce low T symptoms.
Testosterone treatment starts at $99 and entail lab testing to determine which treatment plan is best for your needs.
Rex MD’s hair loss medications include:
Finasteride. Finasteride is generic for Propecia®, an FDA-approved medication for male pattern baldness. It works by blocking testosterone from converting to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a contributor to hair loss. Rex MD sells three-month and six-month supplies of finasteride starting at $17.50 per month.
Rex MD’s weight loss medications include:
GLP-1s. Glucagon-like peptide-1 agonists(GLP-1s) like semaglutide (generic for Wegovy®), tirzepatide (generic Zepbound®), and liraglutide (generic Saxenda®) promote weight loss by regulating insulin and suppressing the appetite. Rex MD weight-loss programs start at $75 and entail metabolic testing, follow-up appointments with providers, and medication management.
Rex MD’s medications for sleep include:
Doxepin. Doxepin is a tricyclic antidepressant sometimes prescribed in low doses for insomnia. Rex MD sells doxepin in 10 mg dosages starting at $1.70 per dose.
Ramelteon. Ramelteon is a hypnotic and melatonin agonist prescribed for insomnia. Rex MD sells ramelteon in 8 mg dosages starting at $2.11 per dose.
Rex MD’s medications for herpes breakouts include:
Valacyclovir. Valacyclovir (generic Valtrex®) is an FDA-approved antiviral drug that treats, prevents, and suppresses oral and genital herpes outbreaks. Rex MD sells valacyclovir in three-month supplies starting at $27 per month.
